The adoption gap

Everyone has Claude. Almost no one has changed how they work.

The tools arrived. Claude Code writes most of Anthropic's own production code, Skills make agent workflows repeatable, and Cowork puts all of it on every desk. What didn't arrive on its own is the part that creates value: a team that actually works differently. That gap is now the whole game.

The learning gap95%

of enterprise GenAI pilots showed no P&L impact. MIT's verdict: not a tech gap, a learning gap - and the teams that broke through worked with outside builders.

The fluency curve+10%

task success for teams six months into Claude versus newcomers - and the gap between fluent teams and everyone else is widening, not closing.

The offer

Enablement that ends in working software, not a certificate.

Training platforms teach generic fluency and hand out badges. Dev shops ship a black box and leave. We do the third thing: train your team on your real work while building your first agents together - so the capability stays in-house when we walk out.

Train

Claude fluency for your whole team

Workshops tailored to your roles and your tools - Claude, Cowork, Skills, Claude Code, automations - taught on your real work, not demo data. Non-technical teams included; that's who Skills and Cowork are for.

↳ Claude · Cowork · Skills↳ Every role, not just devs↳ Your real work, live
Build with you

Your first agents, shipped together

Working sessions where we set up Claude on your files, docs, and systems, encode your SOPs as reusable Skills, and your team builds its first internal agents with our engineers in the room.

↳ Working sessions↳ SOPs become Skills↳ Agents live in your repo
Build + support

An embedded team when you need more

For the systems beyond a workshop: we design, build, and operate internal agents and AI products - shipped into your repo and your cloud, documented, and owned by you.

↳ Embedded engineering↳ Your cloud, your repo↳ Owned by you, forever

Spec'd like a product, tailored like a suit.

Six tracks, run in the order that compounds: fluency first, agents on top. Your plan picks the tracks that match your team - select one to see what it covers.

Claude fundamentals + Cowork

The whole team, fluent: how to delegate real work to Claude day-to-day - drafting, analysis, research - and where it pays off in each role.

What your team keeps

Everything ships into your accounts.

  • +A Skills library encoding your actual SOPs - reusable by everyone, forever.
  • +Your first internal agents, live in your repo and your cloud - not ours.
  • +A ranked use-case map: what to build next and what to skip.
  • +A team that can keep building without us. We make ourselves optional - that's the point.
How it works

Three steps, starting free.

Step 01

Free AI consultation

Thirty minutes. We map where Claude actually pays off in your company and rank your top use cases. You keep the map, whatever you decide.

Step 02

Your tailored plan

We shape the engagement around your team - roles, tools, security needs, and the first agents worth building. Fixed scope, in writing.

Step 03

Working sessions

We come in - remote or on-site - set up Claude, Skills, and your context, and your team ships its first internal agents with us in the room.

Why this model

The playbook the labs run for the Fortune 500 - at your scale.

In May 2026, OpenAI and Anthropic both launched billion-dollar ventures doing exactly one thing: embedding engineers inside companies to train teams and rebuild workflows around agents. Their ventures serve enterprises and PE portfolios. We run the same forward-deployed model for the companies they'll never call - and unlike a consultancy, everything we build ships into your repo and stays yours.

Not a course

Training platforms scale content. We scale capability.

Generic fluency courses produce awareness, not proficiency. Our sessions run on your files, your tools, and your bottlenecks - and end with agents your team built, running real work.

Not a black box

Dev shops leave you dependent. We leave you fluent.

We build with your team, not for them - every Skill, agent, and playbook is documented and owned by you. No retainer hostage-taking, no tool only we understand.

Questions

The honest answers.

[ Q.01 ]

Do we need a specific Claude plan first?

No. We work with whatever you have - Claude for Work, Team, Enterprise, or nothing yet. Picking the right plan and setting up accounts, access, and connectors is part of the setup, not a prerequisite.

[ Q.02 ]

How is this different from a course or Anthropic's free training?

Courses teach generic fluency on demo data - useful, and we'd never talk you out of free material. The difference is everything here runs on your real files, tools, and bottlenecks, and the engagement ends with working agents in your accounts, not a certificate. Generic training produces awareness; this produces shipped software and a team that knows how it was built.

[ Q.03 ]

What if our team isn't technical?

Most of the teams we train aren't. Claude, Cowork, and Skills are built for non-engineers - that's the point of them. Non-technical tracks cover daily fluency and Skills; if you do have builders, they get the Claude Code deep-dive. We shape the tracks to the room.

[ Q.04 ]

What about security and our data?

Everything runs in your accounts, your cloud, and your repo - nothing routes through us, and nothing we build depends on us. We work inside your access and governance policies, and setting those boundaries up properly (who can run what, what data agents can touch, approval flows) is one of the tracks.

[ Q.05 ]

What does a typical engagement look like?

Free 30-minute consultation, then a fixed-scope plan in writing, then working sessions over one to three weeks - remote or on-site. Your first agents are live before the sessions end. After that you keep building on your own, or we stay embedded for the bigger systems. No open-ended retainers.

[ Q.06 ]

Who is this for - and who is it not for?

Small and mid-market teams - roughly 10 to 200 people - with a real revenue motion and work worth automating: agencies, B2B SaaS, professional services, recruiting, info businesses. It's not for enterprises that need a 12-month transformation program, and not for teams looking for a one-hour inspiration talk.

[ Q.07 ]

How much does it cost?

The consultation is free, and the plan you get after it has a fixed price attached - flat fees, scoped in writing, no surprise add-ons. The same pricing philosophy as our builds: you'll know the number before you commit to anything.

[ Q.08 ]

Do we have to keep working with you afterward?

No - and the engagement is designed so you don't have to. Your team keeps the Skills, the agents, the playbooks, and the know-how. Some companies bring us back to build the bigger systems; plenty just keep building on their own. We make ourselves optional on purpose.
