Do we own the engine, or is it Anfloy's product on top of our ATS?

You own it. We build into your repository and deploy on your own infrastructure, connected to your ATS through its API - the matching logic, the re-engagement flows, and the data all stay yours. There's no Anfloy product layer skimming your database and no per-recruiter license. If we parted ways, the engine keeps running on your stack and your team can read and extend it.

Will candidate outreach feel like spam and burn our database?

It's built to do the opposite - re-engagement is targeted at genuinely strong matches, throttled, and personalized to the candidate's history with you, not a blast to your whole list. You set the cadence, channels, and tone, and a recruiter can stay in the loop on anything sensitive. The goal is to revive relationships you've already earned, so protecting candidate trust is a design constraint, not an afterthought.

What happens if something breaks?

Because the engine is code you own rather than a no-code black box, a failure is something we can read and fix, and we stay on through a stabilization period after launch. Does it run on our infrastructure and connect to Bullhorn/our ATS?

Yes - we deploy on infrastructure you control, typically Railway, Vercel, or Cloudflare, and integrate with Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Loxo, or whatever ATS you run through its API. Your candidate data stays in your environment rather than copied into a black-box SaaS. You hold the hosting and the credentials, which matters when the data is your candidates' personal information.
