[ 01 ]The status quo

What this costs you today.

Your firm's edge is its methodology, but that methodology lives in senior consultants' heads and a folder of past decks. Every proposal, diagnostic, and deliverable gets rebuilt by hand, which means your most expensive people spend their hours on work that isn't judgment.

Bid prep is a fire drill - someone rebuilds the same proposal structure from scratch under deadline, and good opportunities get a rushed response or no response.
Firm knowledge is trapped in past engagements; when a partner is out or a senior leaves, the framework and the context leave with them.
Senior consultants burn 15-20 hours a week on research, formatting, and first drafts - non-judgment work that crowds out billable, high-leverage time.
Generic AI tools draft in a generic voice, with no grounding in your frameworks, so anything they produce needs to be rewritten before a client can see it.
[ 02 ]What we build for Professional Services

The systems, named and shipped.

Consulting is a knowledge business, which makes it the ideal place for agents grounded in your own IP. The unlock isn't a chatbot that knows the internet - it's a co-pilot that knows your methodology, drafts in your house style, and cites your work. Done right, that same system becomes something you can sell.

★ Flagship · built for Professional Services

Consultant Co-Pilot

A firm-specific agent grounded in your frameworks, past deliverables, and house style - it drafts diagnostics, deliverables, and analyses the way your senior people would, citing the firm's own IP rather than the open web. Because it's yours and runs on your infrastructure, it's not just internal leverage: it can be packaged and deployed as a productized offering your clients pay for.

GTM / Sales

Discovery-to-Proposal Studio

Turns discovery notes and call transcripts into a structured proposal in your firm's format - scope, approach, team, and pricing logic - so a partner edits a strong draft instead of starting from a blank deck.

RFP Intake & Response Agent

Reads inbound RFPs, maps each requirement to your relevant past work and frameworks, and assembles a first-pass response with the right case studies and compliance answers already slotted in.

Account-Research Agent

Builds a briefing on a target client - their market, leadership, recent moves, and likely pain - grounded against your firm's relevant experience, so partners walk into the room already credible.

Content / Marketing

Thought-Leadership Engine (GEO/AEO)

Turns partner insight and engagement learnings into articles and POVs structured to be cited by AI answer engines, so the firm shows up when a prospect asks ChatGPT or Perplexity who to trust on a topic.

Case-Study Generator

Converts a closed engagement into a polished, client-safe case study - pulling the problem, approach, and outcome from your own records - so proof of work stops dying in the project folder.

Internal Ops

Firm-Knowledge Brain

A RAG brain over your methodologies, deliverables, and engagement archive that answers 'how do we approach this' with citations to the firm's own IP - so a consultant in year one can reach for the firm's best thinking instantly.

Engagement-Knowledge Capture Agent

Mines call transcripts, notes, and deliverables from live engagements to capture decisions, frameworks, and lessons into the firm brain automatically - so institutional knowledge accrues instead of evaporating.

Utilization & Staffing Reporting Agent

Pulls from your PSA, project, and time tools to show utilization, bench, and staffing risk in plain language, flagging over- and under-loaded consultants before they become a margin or burnout problem.

[ 03 ]How we build it

Engineered, owned, operated.

Map your workflow

We trace how your team actually works - the inputs, the decisions, the systems - before writing a line. The system of work is the moat, and we engineer it deliberately, not generically.

Build & ship to your repo

We build the agents and the grounded data layer, wire them into your tools, and ship the code into your repository - not a no-code platform you can never leave.

Ground, guardrail, review

Every system answers from your verified data, is gated by guardrails and human review on the decisions that matter, and is backed by evals before you trust it in production.

Host, operate, evolve

We deploy on real infrastructure (Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare), operate it in production, and tune it every month as the models move. Built once, yours forever.

[ 08 ]Questions

The honest answers.

Q01

Do we own the co-pilot and the firm brain, or is it Anfloy's platform?

You own it outright - the code, the agent logic, and the index of your IP all live in your repository and your infrastructure. There's no Anfloy seat license on your own knowledge, and nothing of yours is locked inside a tool you'd lose access to if we parted ways. That ownership is also what makes it sellable: you can productize the co-pilot as a client offering precisely because it's your asset, not ours.

Q02

Is our IP and client data safe inside this thing?

Your frameworks and client data are the firm's crown jewels, so the system is built to keep them in your control - hosted on your own infrastructure, scoped to your access rules, and never used to train an outside vendor's model. The knowledge brain runs on retrieval over your documents, so answers stay grounded in your IP and cite their source rather than inventing one. We configure permissions and confidentiality boundaries to match how your engagement teams are already walled off.

Q03

What happens if something breaks?

Because the system is code you own rather than a no-code black box, a failure is something we can actually read and fix - and we stay on through a stabilization period after launch. Each agent is built to fail safe: a drafting agent that's unsure produces a flagged draft for human review rather than shipping something wrong to a client. You always have a person in the loop on anything client-facing, so a glitch costs you a redraft, never a reputation.

Q04

How long until we're using it on live engagements?

We start with one high-pain workflow - usually proposal or RFP drafting - and aim to have it producing usable drafts within a few weeks. The firm-knowledge brain is seeded from your best existing deliverables, so it's grounded in your house style from the first draft rather than learning on the job. We then expand engagement by engagement, with each capability proven on real work before we build the next.

Q05

Does it run on our infrastructure?

Yes - we deploy on infrastructure you control, typically Railway, Vercel, or Cloudflare, connected to your own document stores and credentials. Your methodologies and client files never sit inside a multi-tenant SaaS you can't audit. You hold the hosting account and the keys, which is non-negotiable when the data is privileged client work.

Q06

Can we actually sell the co-pilot to our clients?

That's one of the most valuable outcomes, and we design for it. Because the co-pilot is grounded in your frameworks and owned by you, it can be packaged as a productized diagnostic or self-serve tool your clients pay to use - turning your methodology into recurring revenue instead of one-off engagements. We build it with that productization path in mind, so the internal tool and the client-facing offering share the same foundation rather than being two separate builds.
