How we built a full growth engine for Nice Guys Construction.
Nice Guys Construction had demand to capture and no system to catch it. We built them the whole growth engine. A new landing page wired into their CRM turns every form and every Meta ad into a tracked lead, with the reports, email flows, and follow-ups running on their own. Agents generate custom quotes and proposals from what each client needs and the materials involved. A clean Airtable setup sits across their old leads, and agents work the back catalog, finding the ones worth a call or an email and re-engaging them. On top of it, we scaled their social from zero: thirty million impressions in four months across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, twenty thousand followers from a standing start, and real inbound and authority in the trade, all by repurposing content and scraping what is relevant in the industry. Paid and organic demand in, booked, quoted, and followed up, and they own all of it.

The challenge
Nice Guys Construction is good at the work. The problem was the machine around it.
Leads came in from ads and word of mouth, but they had nowhere clean to land. Follow-up was manual, quoting and proposals ate hours, old leads sat untouched in a spreadsheet, and there was almost no organic presence pulling new demand in. Money was being left on the table at every step.
One site, one CRM, every lead tracked
We built a new landing page designed to convert, wired straight into their CRM. Every form and every Meta ad lands as a tracked lead with the right fields set, with no manual entry.
Agents keep the CRM in sync, run the reports, and fire the email flows and follow-ups on their own. Speed-to-lead goes from whenever someone happens to check to the moment a lead comes in, and nothing sits unworked.
Quotes and proposals, generated
Quoting and writing proposals used to be hours of manual work per job. Now agents generate custom quotes and proposals from what each client needs, the materials involved, and the specifics of the job, in the company's own format.
The team reviews and sends instead of building each one from scratch. Turnaround drops, pricing stays consistent, and more jobs get a real proposal in front of the client while the interest is still warm.
The back catalog, worked
Every old lead lives in a clean Airtable setup. Agents run across it, find the leads worth another touch, and re-engage them by email or phone.
The pipeline Nice Guys already paid to generate keeps producing. Leads that used to die in a spreadsheet get a second, third, and fourth conversation instead of being forgotten.
An organic engine
We built their social presence from zero. By repurposing content and scraping what is relevant in the industry, we scaled across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to more than thirty million impressions in four months and twenty thousand followers from a standing start.
That bought them more than reach. It built real authority in their market and a steady stream of inbound, a top of funnel working every day, feeding the same CRM as the paid ads at almost no marginal cost per lead.
One growth engine, owned
The site, the CRM automations, the quote and proposal agents, the re-engagement system, and the social engine run as one machine: paid and organic demand in, booked, quoted, and followed up out.
It is a complete growth system, and Nice Guys Construction owns every line of it, deployed on their own cloud.
