How we built a chatbot that sells the program for The Tee Shirt Store.
The Tee Shirt Store sells an education program, and the first conversation a prospect has is now with an agent. We built them a chatbot that actually sells: it answers questions from their own knowledge base, qualifies the person it is talking to, books the call, and syncs every detail cleanly into the CRM. Because it is grounded in what they actually teach, it speaks to the program accurately instead of guessing, and it hands the team a qualified, booked lead with the full context already logged. They own all of it.

The challenge
The Tee Shirt Store sells an education program, and the first conversation a prospect has sets the tone for everything after it.
That conversation needed to do real work: answer questions accurately, qualify the person, and book the call, without a team member on every chat and without ever going off-script about what the program actually is.
A chatbot that actually sells
We built them a chatbot that sells through the conversation. It greets every prospect, answers their questions, qualifies them as it goes, and books the call when they are ready, all inside the chat.
It is not a deflection bot that pushes people to a form. It carries the conversation the way a good rep would and moves the right people toward a booking.
Grounded in what they teach
The agent is wired into their knowledge base, so it answers from what The Tee Shirt Store actually teaches, not a generic guess. Ask it about the program, what is covered, or what is included, and the answer is grounded in their real material.
That keeps it accurate and on-brand on every question, which is what makes a sales chatbot something you trust in front of buyers instead of a liability.
Everything in the CRM
Every conversation syncs cleanly into the CRM. Who the person is, what they asked, how they qualified, and the call they booked all land on the record automatically, with no manual entry.
The team picks up each lead with the full context already there, so the human conversation starts where the chat left off instead of from scratch.
One agent, owned
The chatbot, the knowledge base, the qualification, and the CRM sync run as one system, in production. The Tee Shirt Store owns every line of it, on their own cloud.
