How the course works

Everyone runs the Foundation. Then pick your track.

Self-paced, and built to run as a twelve-week team program. The Foundation gets anyone from install to a first working automation. Sales, Marketing and Ops each turn that into a system for one function. The Rollout is how one fluent person becomes a team that ships agents every week. Solo? Skip the blocks marked “For teams” and nothing else changes.

01The Ladder is law.Do it once in chat. Do it twice, encode a skill. It runs on a schedule, make it an automation. It needs judgment mid-flow, that's an agent.
02Real work only.Every exercise runs on your company's actual files, accounts and bottlenecks. Never demo data.
